With chia and pumpkin seeds
ingredients
- 1 Cup Almond flower
- 1 Cup Greek yoghurt
- 1 Egg yolk
Optional:
- 25 grams Pumpkin seeds
- 5 grams Chia seeds
Directions
- Combine the flour and yogurt Mix the ingredients until they form one cohesive mixture
- Form a ball with the dough and divide it into 6 pieces
- Shape the pieces into balls and flatten them. Then, make a small indentation in the center of each ball
- Separate the egg yolk from the egg white and give it a light whisk
- Spread the egg mixture over the bagels
- Sprinkle the pumpkin and chia seeds over the bagels
- Bake the bagels at 190°C for 15-20 minutes until cooked through
- Allow them to cool briefly before enjoying!
