- 300 grams of pasta
- 50 grams pancetta
- 30 grams pecorino
- 6 eggs

Directions
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente.
- Cut the pancetta into small cubes and fry in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Mix 4 whole eggs and 2 egg yolks in a bowl.
- Grate the pecorino cheese and add it to the egg mixture.
- Turn off the pan with the pancetta and immediately add the pasta from the pot to the pan with the pancetta.
- Briefly mix the pasta and pancetta, then add the egg mixture.
- Now, thoroughly mix all the ingredients and add a little pasta water.
